Yes. With standard returns, tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the items back within another 14 days. If your order includes extended 90-day returns, contact us within 90 days of delivery for return instructions. Customer pays change-of-mind return postage; we cover faulty or incorrect items. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Priority packing and dispatch is free with two or more pairs. Extended 90-day returns is also free with three pairs. With a smaller bundle, available paid extras are optional and start unticked. Delivery support for missing or damaged parcels is included with every order.
