Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free with no minimum spend to every destination available at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days from order confirmation, including preparation and transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Busy periods and customs can cause delays.

Tracking and help

We email shipping confirmation and a tracking link when tracking is available. The delivery estimate starts at order confirmation and does not restart when the parcel ships. Check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

Priority packing & dispatch

This optional service moves your order ahead of standard orders in our preparation queue. It is included at no extra charge with qualifying bundles. It does not upgrade the shipping service or guarantee an earlier arrival date.
